- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce, toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
