Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas until lightly crispy, about 1 minute each side.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sour cream evenly over each tortilla, then evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each wrap.
- Roll up tightly, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately with salsa or additional toppings.
