Ingredients

- 24 oz frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Press a few tater tots into the bottom and sides of each muffin cup to form a cup shape.
- Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese and bacon over each cup.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese melts and bacon is crisp.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm with sour cream.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or paprika.
- You can prepare the cups a day ahead and reheat before serving.
