- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, grated carrots, honey, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla to make the topping. Spread over cooled bread before serving.

- Can be frozen for up to 1 month.
