Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients on a clean kitchen table including pork shoulder, onions, garlic, jalapenos, cilantro, lime, and tortillas.
- Season the pork shoulder by rubbing it generously with carnitas seasoning, coating it evenly for maximum flavor.
- In a large pot, add the seasoned pork with onions and garlic. Cover with water and simmer on low heat for several hours until tender.
