Instructions
- Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and nutty in aroma.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and granulated sugar; mix in browned butter until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda, and salt; fold into wet mixture until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
