Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: red chili flakes for spice
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat chicken breasts dry; season generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Reserve some minced garlic for later.
- Drizzle olive oil over the hot grill and place the chicken breasts on it. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Brush with remaining garlic-infused olive oil.
- Near the end of cooking, sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and allow it to melt into a savory crust.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Pair with garlic butter pasta or grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
Notes
- Ensure the grill is preheated adequately for perfect searing.
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor and aroma.
- Adjust cooking time if using chicken thighs; they may require 8-10 minutes per side.
- For a spicy kick, sprinkle red chili flakes before serving.
