  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • Whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and dicing them into small pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar, then beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in the prepared strawberries gently into the cheesecake mixture.
  4. Press the graham cracker crust mixture into a greased baking dish, then pour the cheesecake mixture over it, spreading evenly.
