- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or your choice)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Sift the all-purpose flour and baking soda in a separate bowl and gradually add to the butter-sugar mixture.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips of your choice.
- Scoop dough onto lined baking trays and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Store cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
- For longer storage, freeze unbaked dough for up to 3 months; thaw and bake when ready.
