Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine your bite-sized steak pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Toss until every piece is evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Once preheated, place the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook the steak bites in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even cooking.
Notes
- For medium-rare steak bites, cook for 8 minutes; for medium, cook for up to 10 minutes.
- Let steak bites rest for a few minutes before serving to retain juiciness.
- Leftover steak bites can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
