Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into bite-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in water to create a smooth batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated, and shake off the excess.
- Place the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray, and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to retain crispiness.
