Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the beef ribs with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned ribs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with barbecue sauce if desired.
- Cook in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
