Instructions

- Combine melted butter with mashed bananas, sugar, and egg, stirring to create a fluffy mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking tray, spacing them out.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown; cool briefly on the tray before transferring to a wire rack.
