Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar and flour to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
- Using a spoon, scoop dollops of the dough onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown, then cool on a wire rack.
