Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets and pat dry.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then eggs, and coat thoroughly with panko to ensure a crunchy crust.
- Arrange the coated chicken on a lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil or melted butter, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Prepare the hot honey sauce by mixing hot honey with soy sauce and chili flakes or hot sauce to taste. Heat briefly if needed.
- Once baked, drizzle the chicken generously with hot honey sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes and enjoy the sweet & spicy flavor explosion.
