- 2 large apples, thinly sliced
- 2 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
- 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 2 ripe plantains, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Additional spices (cinnamon for apples, paprika for carrots, etc.)
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
- Slice the bananas into thin rounds; optionally coat with olive oil.
- Cut carrots into strips, drizzle with olive oil, season, and toss.
- Slice plantains thinly, season with salt and olive oil.
- Place all prepared chips in the air fryer and cook at 150°C (300°F) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Notes
- Store cooked chips in an airtight container for up to one week.
- Feel free to experiment with different fruits and vegetables.
- Cut chips uniformly for even cooking and crispiness.
