- 1 pound brussel sprouts
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Trim the ends of each brussel sprout and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves. Rinse under cold water and dry thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine brussel sprouts with chopped bacon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove from air fryer, drizzle with extra balsamic if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes to regain crispiness.
- Pairs well with roasted meats, salads, and grain bowls.
