- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 package (12 oz) wonton wrappers

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, and green onions until well combined.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal, forming a triangle or a pinched pouch.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the crab rangoons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent leakage during frying.
- For a healthier option, bake the rangoons at 400°F for 12-15 minutes instead of frying.
